Apple’s iPhone 17 Series

Apple unveiled its latest phones, the iPhone 17 series. That is updates to three known models as well as the all-new iPhone 17 Air, that takes the place of the iPhone Plus. If waiting in line on release day isn’t really your style, and you still wish to get your hands on one right away, you will be able to place a pre-order for the iPhone 17, 17 Pro Max, 17 Pro or iPhone 17 Air from 10pm AEST on September 12th, before the September 19 release date.

The iPhone 17 features a redesigned look with a slightly larger 6.3-inch display and slimmer bezels. And after a long wait (and a fair bit of grumbling), the base iPhone finally gets a 120Hz refresh rate.

Under the hood, the new A19 chip is more powerful and also more optimized, particularly when combined with Apple Intelligence. If you are upgrading from an older iPhone, you will experience a significant jump in speed and smoother gaming thanks to ProMotion.
On the camera front, you'll find a 48MP Fusion main camera (shooting 24MP photos by default) and also a 2x telephoto lens. The device’s ultra-wide camera also features an upgrade to 48MP, making macro photography crisper and much more refined.

iPhone 17 Colours

The iPhone 17 will come in six colourways: black, white, steel gray, light blue, green and purple.

The iPhone 17 Air is set to come in four shades: black, white, light gold and sky blue.

The Pro and Pro Max models will be offered in blue, orange and silver.
